yes it technically is still a suit as the person underneath has not changed in any form, it's just glued to their body with a permanent and porous solution, so acts like a 2nd skin. while the fur will not grow it will allow for sweet and water to pass through it, hope that helps, and with the advancements in technology the tail is also moveable to their thoughts, as previous shown in earlier instalments of the autocloset series ;3
