Sky flower comes from the same place as Daphne the Flowerchu, she's a Pokemon variant of Teddiursa called a Teddibud. Like Daphne where ever she appears plants grow faster especially vegetables. Sky Flower very friendly and more likely to hang around, but is also a rather hungry 'bear' as she will happily take some vegetable snacks from your garden before she leaves.
