My poor sick kitty, vet put him on some antibiotics, some food to help him and some vitamins.
Have to save up some money to get the blood work done to find out why he fell ill but until then poor baby gets to go to work with mommy.
Every time I look at him I wanna cry but Ive cried all day. My poor kitty :(
-is a sad mj-

uhhhhhhhhhhhhh :( I really really hope he ends up alright. This sort of thing is such a touchey subject, I really feels a lump in my throat just looking at these pictures, and reading about what you're going through with this.
My best advice, is to make sure you give lots and lots of love. (though it looks like you have that covered) So be sure to give extra lots and lots of love. lol
Hopefully this little story may help a bit.
About a year ago, my kitty cat, Tony, fell ill. He was sluggish, not any bit playful or energetic, wouldn't eat or drink, etc signs of a sick cat. I came home one night, and my momma had set him in the bathroom with some towels, and he just looked so lonely and miserable in there, so I brought him into my warm room with me (because he could barely even move his own legs at this point). He snuggled up next to me that night, and he purred so loud and hard that I could feel it through the bed. He lived with me in there for like a month. At first, I had to bottle feed him, and force feed him meds, but as time passed, he could move around more, and eventually enough to get off the bed and eat from the food and water bowls I brought in there for him. (and yes, there was a makeshift litter box right outside the door for when he had to go..)
The vet was sure he wouldn't make it, even with meds and proper care, but now he's healthy as ever, and playful as ever, and even a little fat. lol He was left a bit impaired, though. His balance is terrible. He falls over when standing near edges, and usually falls off the back of the couch when he walks on it. It feels priceless, though, when I leave my door open at night, and I hear him tumble his way up the stairs, jump on my bed, and drop dead somewhere on it, immediately into sleep mode.
Moral of my story: Give lots of super duper extra love. It can help so much

Thanks hun, he seems to be acting a bit more normal and eating more on his own. He's been getting spoiled rotten so I'm sure he's enjoying it. But since hes eating and drinking it looks like a simple food change from the stuff he refused to eat and some love seems to work in his favor along with the antibiotics and vitamins. With him being so fluffy I gotta make sure I keep a closer eye on him because it was so hard to see the weight change until it was too late. So hopefully things are going to look up. But I think we are going to get some blood work just in case to make sure that's all that's going on.
