On panel 5 of page 81 (https://www.sdamned.com/comic/81), Sakido stated that she "had seen and done many horrors in Hell that can not be forgiven". It could be possible that she was referring to killing the Demons that tried to kill her in this flashback (justifiable self defense in Sakido's case, but she probably felt remorse over having to kill them) , in addition to scratching/biting Buwaro's ear and abandoning him.
