Many tales of a rider without a head stalking through a gloomy forest exist. Horror and trauma falling upon those who cross their paths. Thankfully this is just a Halloween costume and not the real thing. Finnick is able to pop his fishbowl off and had the idea for a fun Halloween costume. Constella heard of his idea and joined in, changing her mane and tail to a magical fire.
The two are ready for some great Halloween parties.
