Nothing like making a simply yet effective cosplay of the T-1000 from Terminator 2: Judgement Day. Mostly did it for a costume contest at work, I didn't win but definitely had fun showing off the cosplay. Had the jacket laying around to use, bought some pants that closely resembled uniform pants, had the Aviator glasses myself, then made everything else. The helmet was made of card board, the utility belt also had card board pockets. The patches/badges were printed on paper and glued onto cardboard yet again, then hot glued onto the jacket. And finally the bullet impacts were also made with cardboard initially but then added tinfoil to give that 'metallic' look.

Only costed me about $15 or so for the pants, paints and hot glue gun XD
