A magpie man in flowing wizard’s robe and wide brim hat. The white feathers of his neck frame the bright blues, greens, and purples that are tucked beneath his smooth, gray beak. His head is like a pillar of black, smooth on all angles except for his beak, and above it rests two sallow, empty eyes. They gaze vacantly without pupils or an iris, yet emit an eerie glow cast upon their beak and the bottom of their wide brim hat.

The magpie’s robes are midnight blue with a high collar and long sleeves. They drift all the way down to the ground, and his sleeves blend into his sides to form his figure as a solid pillar. The magpie’s shape is like a lighthouse, with a curled steeple for the conical hat’s tip. On their chest yellow and red bands of fabric form the shape of an hourglass encapsulating the sun and moon. The bottom half of the hourglass pattern bleeds away to an endless twilight sky, starting blue and starry at the top, and fading to purples, reds, and yellows.

They stand perfectly still, their body relaxed and robotic in their movements. Their head swivels from the neck, its beak spinning with its rotation, and it gazes out with a profound lack of thought. They simply watch and observe and make no noise of their own, until suddenly animating or being given input to respond to.
