It wasn't like Yenlei to leave the office late, nor was it her style to take public transportation, but the trendy Furfrou didn't really have much of a choice. Her car was at the shop for routine maintenance and while Carnavalle had offered her a ride home, Yenlei wanted to stay around a little, taking in the sights of the city. She got carried away, basking in the new sights, that by the time she rushed to the station she just missed the second to the last train car. Still, it wasn't all bad, as she knew there was one more train coming relatively soon.
It was odd, however. The station was empty, with the sounds of the streets bellow seemingly further away than normal. Checking her phone, she found it odd that there was no reception even if not too long ago she had full coverage.
More oddities started to grab her attention, like how the further down the station she looked, the more dark and foreboding it seemed. Lights seemed to flicker randomly, which was very unnerving given that everything seemed fine.
Still, it wasn't all bad. Looking down the tracks she could see the unmistakable lights of the train, bringing her some comfort. She shifted about in place and looked around, not liking the eerie vibe she was getting.
But, as the train drew ever closer and it's horn calling for its arrival, stealing Yenlei's attention back to it, a strange figure would creep up on the lone Pokegirl. A toothy grin would cross its face as it drew ever closer, eyeing the Furfrou, enjoying the fear radiating off her. It wasn't too far from her, and the train wouldn't make it in time before it reached her.
All it needed to do, was lunge forth, and claim its Midnight Snack.

PHEW! That was a spooky one wasn't it? While not the last of my spooky stories, I think its fitting to have this one be on the 31st. An eerie tale featuring a lone woman, all by herself! Oh the horror!
Also, if you haven't noticed, the train station Yenlei is at is based heavily on the MRT station here in the Metro Manila. I'll let you guess which station I was referencing x3
