Since my sprite pic wasn't original enough, I decided to make the whole dang thing from scratch.
To make things clear I only copied the template color. The rest is made from pure scratch and drawn pixel for pixel.
The left Blastoise is made by Pokefreaks.
The concoction on the right is my own.
