Context wise, this concept art depicts Cassandra trying to sneak around the Legionary patrols who are searching for her. During the raid on her hideout none of them have noticed Cassandra, so they are not on high alert. This, and Juno's remote help, are the only reason she's able to sneak around them and avoid detection. As they aren't even sure if Cassandra is there in the first place.

Thanks, though you kinda encountered the project near the end.
We've only got about a dozen or so concept arts left, then we're going to try and release the concept arts with voice acting and music later on.
(Probably on Youtube).
