Summary : Constance is James and Tony’s Landlord whom like Tony, comes from a rich and polished family, when she was born, she had a slight limp across her left leg which resulted in her having to move around with a cane. She actually offered Tony his house at a good discount since their parents are good friends with each other. While she may seem grumpy and having a bit of a short fuse at times, she’s still a good and loyal friend ( as long as your not late with your house payments XD), during her teenage years, she was a bit of a reckless and crazed party girl whom would spend most of her time and her parents money for frat parties, one night stands , and shopping. But once she entered her senior year, she decided it was high time she started to be responsible and to make her parents proud. Soon enough, she graduated with flying colors and left behind her party girl self and transformed into a model citizen . She also decided to take up her parents business and became a landlord for one of the neighborhoods that they helped build and renovate. And over the years, she’s had quite a large array of tenants, including the infamous horse couple themselves. She also has a crush on James uncle figure Hank, but is a bit skeptical and shy about professing her feelings, out of fear that it would reignite her past as a reckless college girl.

There’s also a bit of a running gag where she would bonk some of her tenants with her cane if they’re either …….
