you can tell this is made by someone that hasn't done proving your worth because of the wrong achievement icon

obviously not a jab at you wanting to play at your own pace, everyone has their own preferences on difficulty
also i can assure you that having seraph as your favorite ghost does not make you a casual because they are my favorite and i play for a challenge :3

As long as gameplay isn't dumbed down for the sake of casuals, as if an easy mode doesn't exist, it's fine.

Oh, I'm fine with complex and even challenging gameplay styles.

My point is the second a game becomes more of a chore and a stress than something fun, I'm done playing. I'm just sick of everyone talking about how cool 'prove your worth' runs are when I don't really care to stress myself out over a damn vore game of all things.

If you are stressing yourself out over a 1CC run, it's possible you are trying too early. When 1CC'ing a game, you must be comfortable with every stage and capable of beating them with confidence in your actions individually. Granted, this would be harder since G&J is randomized, but there are subtle differences between ghost, which combined with different rooms, could create a cohesive overall approach to each floor.

yeah i think i was really lucky with getting the first ever (i tied the first recorded run by the day) proving your worth clear because not only was it out of spite (you know what you did, jirachi) but i also was running entirely through stress and was on the verge of collapse at the very end so yeah i would just say to not throw yourself at a wall if you aren't able to deal with the constant resets
it's the type of challenge that i would never subject myself to if i didn't have to but i wanted to do it
