Very nice. :D I like how the panties turned out, you did very well there. The pose is also adorable, it's got that nice balance of cuteness and innocence that makes it ridiculously charming. The anatomy is very solid, though I think you could use more practice on that style of feet. (No worries, though. If this is your first time doing them like that, then it's very good. It took me a long time to wrap my head around the concept, personally. XD) The eyes are also adorable; and even though I usually don't like them as big and anime-esque as this, I like them a lot here. It wouldn't be the same with more proportionate eyes, to be sure.

You did pretty good on the dress, but I feel like it could be better. Don't take this as: "You screwed up and it's horrible," or anything. I just mean that it's something you could work to improve in the future. :3 It's very good, but it could use more wrinkles to show how it falls.

But yes, I love this. You're very very talented, and I look forward to seeing more from you. :>

Nono, it DOES makes sense. XD But A few here and there usually is ok. My experience with wrinkly, dirty clothes is that the wrinkles on those tend to be more uneven and crinkly looking, whereas crisp, clean lines look fine. It's hard to explain just what I mean... So I'll do a quick redline image for you. Showyou what I mean. I'll link you in a PM in a sec, ok? :D

Not a problem at all. Critique is very important, in my opinion. It helps you learn, and it helps your confidence grow when you can get GOOD feedback as well.
