introducing Mayor Cottonbottom's reliable right-hand man, Wyatt Warbles!

Wyatt Warbles is the assistant and right hand man to Mayor Cottonbottom. A typical foil to his boss’ bubbly nature, Wyatt is very stone faced and reserved. He prefers to focus on the task at hand and leave horseplay for later. (Never in his case.)
That isn’t to say Wyatt isn’t capable of taking it easy, he knows when to take it easy on himself and take a load off. However these moments are few and far between, Cottonbottom herself being quite aware of this with her failed flirtatious attempts towards Wyatt. Wyatt usually responds with a swift “not now” or lacks a response at all, but it’s not because he’s disinterested - quite the opposite; he’s just usually busy by the time Cottonbottom makes an advancement.
Wyatt is very hands on, sometimes handling tasks himself rather than ordering a crew to do it on behalf of the mayor’s orders. He’s excellent with handy work, seeming able to repair just about anything. Plumbing, electricity, construction, you name it.
