This design is basically not related to the Namazu at all, it's just a catfish. a cute catfish, but this guy is not causing earthquakes. this is one of the prompts that was a bad choice for this list. the more specific a mythological creature I picked the harder it was to try to figure out something to draw. Satyr was a good choice, this and Tarasque were awful ones. speaking of which, Next on the list is Tarasque.
