how about an actual comment now: i really dig lines and form, and how "fuzzy" he looks. that expression is spot on monkey. those hands are exquisite. makes me wish i'd go to a convention with something like this on the keys.

The roomkeys will be printed this week, and I haven't seen any other artist who submitted something. I'm pretty sure the EF staff commissioned Solidasp to design this year's Card.

actually I wasn't commission at all they just ask at the right time and i didn't have any thing to do lol

You know with all the wolves and foxes dragons and tigers out there I figured why not do something a little different. No one cares what's on card keys anyway most people toss them in the trash when they are done.

I'm not sure of it, I still have all my cards from all my conventions :)
And I will keep this one too for sure :3

Thank you Seely :). I know what your talking though the card key art is kinda ugly for most cons. I think part of the problem is most of the art for cons is done for free.
This piece was done for free.

Oh well. Monkey. I love Aspy`s art and i hate monkeys.

For this I could draw anything I wanted but with all the wolves and foxes dragons and tigers out there I choose a monkey cause it was something a little different and it seemed to fit the theme of the con. To me it's gets boring to hash out the same s#!t that's been done a million times over. I say why not draw a money or two you don't need to like something to draw it and you never know it might be fun :)

The white highlights on his arms and head, feet, are a great touch, good contrast, and his pose and background makes a fine circular composition! In other words...FUNNESS!!!
