Now here's an old story - at the time of writing (this), Wolf Wars was written three years ago (how time flies)! I made an audiobook-esque version on Scratch as well, one year ago now! Now embrace yourself for the unrefined cringe you're about to face, and enjoy!
Hello. I am Omni. A wolf. In case you don’t know the system, here’s how it works:
There are four different ranks in wolf packs, the Alphas, the Betas, the Mid Rank, and the Omega.
There are usually two Alphas in a wolf pack, one male and one female. They are responsible for leading the pack and usually eat first. Also known as the “breeding pair.”
There’s nothing to really say about the Betas. They’re just normal wolves who hunt, eat and sleep under command of the Alphas.
Nothing to say about Mid-Ranking wolves either, though I will call them Deltas for easier reference.
And one member of the pack is always singled out as the lowest, giving them the “Omega” title. That’s me. Also, pups aren’t in any rank. Ranks are for adults only.
Now that you know the basics, time to tell you what’s going on. After all, you must be ITCHING to know…
A conflict of interests is upon two wolf packs. I’m the Omega in the Lightbringers. And the other pack is the Darkscars, who have conquered many, MANY, packs. And now they are trying to conquer us…
Solar, the male Alpha of our pack, plans to obtain a magical stone, which can infinitely spawn food right in front of us. This way, we wouldn’t have to hunt anymore.
Of course, the Darkscars don’t want that to happen. Otherwise, we’d have a HUGE advantage.
Oh yeah this war has been going on for A DECADE by the way. Just thought I’d mention that slight itty bitty fact.
Yep, there you have it. Of course, my writing's much better now - I'm working on a refined version of Wolf Wars. Of course, I'll still post the old Wolf Wars episodically, here in Furaffinity, but if anyone wants to see the new version, I'll post that, too. I'm surprised I never thought to actually post a furry story in Fur Affinity, haha.
