Count Your Blessings
Chapter 1
A newly married young couple has been through some big and unexpected challenges to get started on their Happily Ever After. But when they reflect on how much they’ve already overcome with their biggest challenge looming over them, all they can do is count their blessings.

A/N
I wrote this in late 2024, then didn’t so much forget I had it as kept putting off posting it for a rainy day...while also sometimes completely forgetting I had it.

 Raydis and I had previously written a story about these characters, and I had a thought, “What if they were just both normal anthros?” And, boom, here we go. But then I thought, “What can I do to have the wolf kind of like his original self and be non-speaking, kind of bestial?” Answer: Have him be mute for some reason. I like these results.

I also didn’t think of a story title until two days before starting to post it.
