The first and one of the main characters, around whom the plot will revolve, is Charlotte. An Oriental Female Cat.

She works as an Archivist for a fairly large newspaper. She dislikes people, seems closed off at first glance, but opens up within her circle of friends. She loves reading, solving puzzles, and is someone you can rely on. Her left eye is blind after an accident.

The setting will take place in the 80s. It includes crime, detective elements, and a pinch of mysticism.

(I'm not a character designer at all, but I hope you will welcome her with warmth and love.)

Her main/everyday clothing is as in the reference, but she can be dressed in any clothing appropriate for that era. Usually, her clothing is quite formal/strict, but this doesn't exclude other outfits for special occasions.
