He is a elastic buff dog, but he is originally called "Skullastic-Doggo" by Jaxx and Slick

He pretty just a funny guy, he like to flexing his body like he is stretching, steal some weird files in the office and he pretty good in shapeshift

He been created by a weird toxic that where fell of in the ink, an then boom, he exists, some others doesn't know or gloopa knows how he been created.
