BLender is the program where you start with a shape you sort of mould like clay right? I might be thinking of another program. but I had no idea you coulod use it like that o:

You're thinking of zbrush/mudbox! Blender is one of those vector 3D programs that work around polygons and vertices.

My bad then. That said, I wouldn't mind seeing someone do something like this with that kind of program o3o

It'd probably be pretty hard to create in zbrush (though for a static model, not so much - you'd just rig around it, but then you have the problem of the character not actually reacting convincingly), but with cloth dynamics, I bet you'd be able to create something animated like that. Since inflation is all about displacement and fat is all about self collision, cloth would probably be your best bet. It's probably much easier just to draw it, though :P
