the puffloons are enemy dreamers that can be found in toy fields, they are large blue balloons with a mischievous face and ears/antennas of the same light blue colour, they appear as surprise boxes in some boxes with ? in toy fields, when the duo opens them, the surprise puffloons appear, after Rockwell is defeat, the puffloons adopt a peaceful mode and become NPCs of the toy fields, at the beginnin' and epilogue of Chapter 2, there are boxes shaped like ? in some areas of funky town, these boxes when opened, a puffloon will come out to give some advice, in the anomalous route of chapter 1, some puffloons will fly out of their boxes, fleein' from the duo, so it's not possible to kill this enemy itself, and they will not appear in the post-anomalous route of chapter 2, they have a superior version, called balloonfiend, which is found in real pak park of chapter 3.
