“May Chaos take the world!!”
Those of you who have played will no doubt know what game that quote is from, and that this picture is referencing. Yes, that’s right, Elden Ring, and this is my main character, Malys, showing off that she is unquestionably an Int build, and woe be to whomever is finding that out the hard way. ~^
This is the first time I’ve ever commissioned a picture of a video game character of mine, but considering how much time I’ve spent playing, and how much I thoroughly enjoyed, and am still enjoying, the game I just really wanted to. ^^
So, here she is, thanks to ShoNuff44, decked out in her favorite armor (say what you will about the DLC, but the Fire Knight Armor is a beautiful looking set of armor), and decimating who or what ever was unfortunate enough to get in her way. Anyone who’s played would likely recognize her weapons, and the spell she’s casting. ~^
Malys (pronounced ‘malice’) looks amazing in Sho’s style, and the attention to detail on his part is simply incredible. From the patterning and scales on the lower portion of her armor, to the sigil on her forehead, Sho really went above and beyond making her as accurate to the game screencaps I sent him for her. I adore her dramatic posing, staff raised and sword held in her offhand, with her cloak flared out behind her for effect. All the while the meteorites being summoned down around her, and the explosions caused by them as they hit the ground behind her, and that red haze in the far background, all really give a great sense of the scope of the destruction she is inflicting. And while I admit the shading in her face is alittle odd, overall the lighting effects are amazing, especially the smoldering embers floating in the air around her. Overall, a truly epic picture depicting my character as the badass I often felt she was after any big victories in game. ^^
