Introducing Kaito, Dragon God of Water and Ice
Here is another handsome guy, this makes the whole water/ice god line complete! This lovely adopt I got from 
Corrdox Go check them out, they have really great stuff and they deserve a lot of love!

Name: Kaito
Age: Ancient
Appearance: An anthro male dragon with blue scales and horns, and has orange spikes.
Noteworthy features: Unique blue colors and spikes.
Clothing: He typically wears blue pants and a tunic.
Personality: Serious, aggressive, demanding,
World: Lumia
Important History: Kaito was born in Lumia, where he grew up around the ocean. He used to live on a small island where he learned of his deep connection to the sea; his power over water was far beyond anyone in Lumia at the time. He was known for his tactical use of water magic and for his powerful control of water, which allowed him to move oceans with his full power. He was selected by the creator dragon god to be the dragon god of water. Even after the creation god passed, Kaito remained and worked with Ignis and Dragcono in the coming years. He does not see Dragcono as a leader due to his actions and inability to make changes; however, this mindset changed over time as he saw how hard Dragcono tried to make a difference for all. His love for Lumia made him hard to work with because he thinks mortals do not care about the world as much as dragon gods do. However, thanks to the actions of others outside of dragons, he started to feel to lighten up his belief in this and started to trust certain people with helping Lumia. He has grown to accept people, even if he still grumbles about it here and there.
