After their not-so-great first date, Zellinia and Bard have a second date - a pic-nic that lasted past noon to sunset.
Characters from a few pencil pages back around '98., the pencils for this were from then. i added some tones to it in '17 -'22 , and then lotsa revisions and painting just now.

And then as they get in Bard's car to drive to the concert Zell forgets to put on her seat belt and Bard freaks out cuz his father died in a car crash etc etc - it was an awkward first date.

It's a bit of an odd camera-angle - i thought if i wanted to convey the mood of a pic-nic it's getting down on the ground - so the pov of someone lying on the ground. i did the grass fx and background bushes just before posting - i think that sort of spreads out the visual interest, etc.
