To get in the spirit of Halloween, I decided to reupload this piece from 2021. ^w^
I had the idea of drawing Arlene in a heavy-metal inspired makeup and accessories after watching the movie Ghost Rider, but I think she looks more like a mix between Bowser and a shiny Charizard (In a good way of course)! XD I'm still happy on how she turned out! ^^
