Clothing: He typically wears classical clothing, and wears some formal clothing as well. Loves to wear cloaks and coats.

Personality: Serious, compassionate, reliable, intelligent, sociable, and reasonable.

World: Earth

Important History: Vincent was born during the age when vampires started to exist. He had a younger brother who was very ill growing up, someone Vincent took care of even after losing their parents. When Vincent became a young adult, he continued to take care of his little brother, who had gotten worse through the years. Vincent learned of a possible cure and went after it, where he found himself at an old castle. It was there he encountered a vampire lord who attacked him, but he managed to escape. Vincent turned into a vampire, but managed to retain his senses and control over his vampire nature. When he returned home, he found out his brother had passed away only days before his return.

Many years later, Vincent became a vampire lord of a massive castle in Transylvania after he took it over from another vampire lord. It wouldn't be long before he became the leader of the town; he even made connections with the people and became friendly with the vampire. He one day found a werewolf named Michael who was severely injured; he took him in and nursed him back to health. He later adopted Michael as a brother, seeing his little brother in Michael's eyes. Present day, Vincent became the president of Romania in secret and has someone be the face for him. He has gotten used to having various people living in his castle. He strives to make sure the country is safe and secure.

Job: Vampire Council member, president of Romania (in secret), and Mayor of Transylvania.
