Doing Cat-Tober for Inktober! Cat-tober is drawing cartoon/game/anime cat characters in my own way! : D This is day 23: Katia, from the webcomic Prequel! I must admit my knowledge of Prequel is limited, but I saw a reference image of the titular character checking herself out in the mirror, so I thought that'd be a fun thing to play off of : D The new top seems to fit her well!
