Trucy is Storm's partner, she's not good with brute strength, but she learned about Magic to the point that she replaced the spikes on her shell with energy gems to better channel her magical powers.
Even so, she's like a Tank on legs in terms of toughness due to her naturally robust body and her constant feasts with Storm only increased that resistance, so she's not a glass cannon, but a titanium cannon, which makes it very powerful.
