this is my open species called Gex. they are space kobolds. I made them many years ago and finally decided to share them on here. ill be sharing the world Opalm as well and the other species that live there.


-About them:
They're a kobold/gecko like species that cannot grow back there limbs. They have learned to replace there broken parts with technology, the one thing there species is best know for. A Gex can give birth to 1 to 3 eggs at the age of maturity 20.

The eyes are the part there species usually loses first. All Gex were born with bad sight and soon it became custom to replace the eyes right away.
There hands have small pulses in them to shoot out energy if needed to deal with dangerous situations and can also be used as an ID.

They used to have very short life spans, but as they grew as a species and learning technology they have increased there life span abut 200 years

As one grows into maturity they're tasked to build there very own ship and use that first ship as a means to provide for them self's.

There species is only 4-5ft when full grown but its said some rare ones can grow up to 6-7ft, though it's very rare and usually seen as a mutant. Mutant Gex can also have other noticeable mutations like extra tails, lots more horns and long fangs.

They have leather like skin and and short fur all over there body's. They can take very high temperatures and are used to hot rains and strong storms, but usually stay inside to keep from getting hurt. They are week to low colds and usually become very sleepy and will fall into a deep sleep if kept in the cold.

They usually have spots or stripes, triangles, and even calico markings.
