The Universe 4 (第４宇宙 Dai yon Uchū), the Conspiracy Universe (陰謀の宇宙 Inbō no Uchū), is the fourth of the twelve universes in the Dragon Ball series. It includes planets, stars, and a large number of galaxies. Universe 4 is linked with Universe 9, creating a twin universe. It is the universe with the ninth highest mortal level. It is erased in the Tournament of Power. Universe 4 is restored along with all its inhabitants via Android 17's wish after winning the Tournament of Power.



The God of Destruction of Universe 4 is Quitela, the Supreme Kai is Kuru, and the Angel is Cognac.



It is a Dracoxan Empire, Lightstar Alliance, Xarrolians, and several species exist in Universe 4.
