New OC, Rowan. A former landwalker and Dominic's boyfriend.

After falling off a ship during a fishing trip, Rowan was saved by Dominic and taken safely to shore. There he introduced himself to Rowan and both began to meet at the shore in secret to exchange knowledge about one another and of each others cultures. Overtime this blossomed into both men having feelings for one another. Unbeknown to Dominic, Rowan did not have a good reaction to his parents of him coming out as gay. Later that night, Rowan snuck out to the shore again and called out for Dominic. The merwolf heard his call and after surfacing Rowan told him he wanted to leave the world of dry land and grow a tail so he could be with the his love. Dominic told him he could and after swimming back down and returning with a veil of liquid he had gotten from his mothers cabinet of potions, one that could turn landwalkers into merfolk, Rowan chugged the veil down. His legs slowly beginning to turn scaly and fuse together into a new merman tail. He could never have been happier and after both merwolves dived into the ocean to begin their lives together, Dominic gifted Rowan a pendant made from a sharks tooth as a token of his love for him. While Rowan does have the abilities like any other merfolk and can transform back when dry, he doesn't think he'll be doing that any time soon.
