From my Deviant Comic series. Dead End is a bit of a merc and hussler who's powers are slowly killing him. Part of a program of artifically enhanced humans dead end was so named because he was yet another failed 'dead end' attempt by the company.

He's not a NICE man, but if you manage to become one of his few friends he's pretty loyal. His only redemption was in taking care of a girl he found in the ruins of a company lab, with no memory of a name and calling herself "Banner" he took her somewhere where she would be free and not used to death by the company.
