I'm surprised & a little worried that none of the other PokéDeities from yours hasn't found that universe yet and extracted Ninjie to get him back. 😨
Or that Ninjie can't just say: "Fuck it. I'm gonna grow out of this universe and travel back to my own. And recreate this one as it is without any memory of myself ever being there or growing out of it". 🤔

Nah this is more of an Alternate Universe Ninjie. This is non-cannon to my stories or universe, though in the future Ninjie will meet Jimmy.
To answer your question this version of Ninjie, his growth powers do work but not to the extent that I'd usually do. Like he can still grow his body but not to extreme macro heights.

But look on the bright side Ninjie Greninja, at least if villains mess with the Orlov family (in reference to Ninjo Orlov from Jaime-Spec's text story: Kalos Ordeal because Ninjo was jealous the Nin (Jaime's version of your character) gaining muscle quirk from the soda he drank and passing them on to Ben Orlov, at least Ben and Nin Orlov are a Duo fighting team and keep Marlan Orlov safe from danger. That's a big plus.
