Payment must be completed within 24 hours after the auction ends (24 hours after last bid).
Once payment is successfully received, the winner will receive:
🌾The full-sized, high-resolution file of the character (PNG or JPEG) without any watermarks and without noise effects.
🌾Full non-commercial rights and ownership of the character design.
Terms of Use (TOS)
✨ Non-Commercial Use (Allowed)
✨Full Ownership: The design becomes your personal fursona or Original Character (OC).
✨Modifications: You are free to change any details of the design (colors, patterns, species details, gender, name, and background story).
✨Creative Freedom: You may commission other artists for drawings, animations, or fursuits based on this design.
🔴 Commercial Use (Restricted)
📍General Restriction: The design may not be used for commercial purposes (e.g., selling merchandise, use in monetized games or projects, book publications, etc.).
📍Exception: If you require commercial rights, this must be discussed and negotiated separately before or after the auction for an additional fee and agreement.
📍Credit: Please do not claim the original design as your own creation. Credit me as the original designer when appropriate.
