This is the first outfit design and character concept I have come up with for the protagonist character of a manga concept i am developing. With some motivation and stick-to-it-iveness, (..and significant other baring down on me like "YOU MUST DRAW IT! D: < )

Lanaiya, the vampire queen of a realm that I have insufficient information on yet to even name yet. lol.

To give a very basic concept summary, Lanaiya is a Vampire Queen: A once-in-a-generation to once-every-hundred-years-after-the-previous-Queen-died occurence where a single vampire woman is born and is meant to bring forth a new generation of vampires with her body -- but Lanaiya has no interest in being used. See, the stronger Lanaiya gets, the stronger her children become because she is unique in that her children are as powerful as their father PLUS her power, so Lanaiya's plot to escape this life is to get so powerful that no man could ever defeat her. The elders are not pleased with this...

I'm not very good with writing pitches, but I guess that's my basic pitch.

Like all things in that oekaki board, she IS pregnant here, but that's only semi-canon because at the beginning of the story, she has no interest in being used as someone's breeding mare.
