It's a superheroine team-up!
Train's cat/otter hybrid, Fleur de Lis pairs up with Technika, a blind mouse who possesses a unique ability to psychically bond with and control any electrical machinery she touches. This normally comes in the form of mech suits, and since she can sense her surroundings through the suits themselves, there's no need for structural weaknesses like windows or sensors. You can see her in the lower right, shielded within the mech's pilot compartment as she helps Fleur kick some major tail and rid the city of supercriminal scum.
