Adding legs to a animal without legs with anthropomorphism pretty much does that sometimes! Snake anthros have a far worse time figuring out the proper anatomy to be honest. That is legit why Sir. hiss from Robin Hood and Mr. Snake from The Bad Guys are ferals in their films rather than anthros like other animals because of this issue.
