Ooh, I like the subtle detail where the second-to-front mannequin not only has a blood tear, but her left eye also appears angled towards the POV with her sclera looking whiter than the other mannequin's as if it's an actual eyeball, giving the impression of an actual female being stuffed into that particular mannequin. A horrifyingly good detail!
