I am quite basic. I probably lean toward liking it cooked a bit more than most. In terms of seasonings, I tend to just use Tony's (to be expected being from Louisiana). Toppings, I again tend to be basic: ketchup, maybe mustard, cheese, bacon if I feel like kicking it up a notch.
Sounds great! Heck, if you really want the Tony's flavor, hit it with that Cajun injector! (The burger might explode! That seasoning would get then job done)
Also, I tend to like a medium well burger, cooked on high heat but just enough to have a lil pink and retain all those amazing juices! Oh man I'm becoming a hungry skunk...
