[Ref] - Keegan (witch outfit)

When trying to decide what clothing Keegan should wear, I immediately jumped on witch. She has a more casual outfit too, but this is her fancy dress up look.

 

This is also more the style I prefer her to be drawn in. This was developed after studying a bunch of Braixen drawings, trying to take what I like most. I'm inching closer and closer to a finished look for her~
