This is one of the OP episodes, where Luffy first arrives at the Amazon Lily Island which is only inhabited by women, (Luffy doesn't have that X wound yet)

Sometimes, no matter how much he ate, it was all digested very quickly. Bones, clothing, and other objects could be digested, but it wasn't often that Luffy ate his prey with their clothes on.
