The device which you are probably using is in good condition, but what about you? Look, you're straining the backbone, you see? Try your best right now and straighen up (the direction of the arrow on that sketch). This can go one of three (+one) ways:
Number one: your spine is nicely straight as a table desk (is it really straight?), which should you describe as bad luck. Erect spine is NOT just like a floor without strange angles. Seek improvement (Tip: by twisting the bottom backbone, but not by force. Apply pressure very carefully, until you feel a change. It is vital you maintain the pressure for 34 seconds. The way I think about it: that should make a difference if you have a friend willing to spend some spare time. If you can't convince a friend, lie down and lift your stomach, chest and head up. Body parts below the waist stay lying on the surface. Support the head with palms and force your head also upwards. Try to stay above the surface for 15 seconds at least.)
Number two: your spine is curvy but theoretically straight against a wall. That is good health!
Number three: what three? If only you could draw other positions in a notebook. Or a graphical programme, whatever delivers sooner.
(Number four: you are not following the writing strategy. This is fine. We are strangers, so no error. I apologise for number one in this list because it expands for too long, but in spite of a couple of paragraphs, that's the shot. Strategy: write a text that responds to your opinion. The text doesn't have to be right but should conclude with a solution. Direct speech recommended, but call shotgun in havoc (I like bellows–yells). Then, give it a reading attempt. After you're done, solve what you (and you personally) wish to do.)
