Left:
Eoran, tall-man, agender - any pronouns, genuinely doesn't care

Raised in nobility and betrothed with expectations of settling with her lord husband and having children, Eoran fancied practicing fighting with the guards instead

When she came of age to marry she told her parents she'd rather go adventuring in the dungeons. They told her she could do what she wanted, but she'd get no financial support from them

So she made her way to the nearest dungeons with just the clothes on her back and a little pocket money, which doesn't go very far. Fortunately she runs into a half-foot willing to loan...

Right:
Firneil/Neilfir, half-foot, genderfluid - they/them, unless they're playing up a specific gender

Born the only girl of their siblings, they quickly realised that they were struggling more to be half as successful as their brothers, and decided to present more masculine to get things done - and lo and behold, it worked, they got taken more seriously

They work both as a loan shark of sorts, and they also obtain acquisitions by commission request, you name it and they can get it for you, but for a price of course. They switch their gender presentation as they see fit, or for whatever suits their current objectives more

And they've just found themselves an easy tall-man mark
