From anywhere within the village located beneath the protection of ‘Shade’s Guild’, one could hear the ensuing ‘training’ as if they were there watching it unfold personally. With so many ’new’ faces joining it’s roster, and so many burgeoning threats expanding on the horizon, it seemed only right to finally start taking the skill expanding and growth of the members of its ranks more seriously. Thus a simple ‘tourney’ was held, to gauge respective ‘power levels’ and combat expertise, to see who would best fit as ‘leaders’ within this new age of power growth, and who was more apt to follow behind.

The most amicable combinations seemed to be proper pairings, one ‘range support’ and one ‘front line’ member, with a few exceptions here and there based on ‘personal request’. Kachina and Kiyro went together to pair ‘like minded abilities’ with one another. Ulvi and Lunea were a pairing per personal request (Ulvi making the rule via ‘heavy insistence’). Karman paired up with Cidari given their somewhat more recent history together. And the final two pairings currently ‘in focus’ today, are Shade paired with Freya (his likeness reminded her of one she once knew…so when he asked she ‘begrudgingly’ accepted), and Blixtin paired with Cryselia.

It was this battle lighting up the sky with sparks and dazzling shows of electrical arching cascades, claw meeting crystal and lightning/arrow impacting with magic. Dust and debris flaked the landscape as a potent explosive blast sent a blue and black object sailing into the air. Despite such force being applied however, the object, quickly discerned to be Freya upon its descent, backflipped effortlessly before arching her back and bracing herself for the coming impact. She slammed against the rock and stone, the backward momentum still sinking her claws into the material as she dug in to slow her body from further motion. The rock grinded and broke against the force, cracking and indenting as she skidded to an eventual halt, panting as the bluish shimmer of energy coating her form flickered and brightened. She pulled one of her large pawed hands up and let the claws glint against the light of her blazing tail, as her eyes focused forward once again into the forming dust and fog cloud in front of her.

“You planning on helping?” She growled, planting her feet more firmly against the indented stone as she readied her body to launch back into the fight. A few glints could be seen within the fog, before a black plumb of smock erupted to the right of Freya’s form, and a cheeky chuckle echoed and grew from within as a shape approated from it.

Hazaaaaa! ; v ; I once again got stuff out the doooor! Though this time I ALMOST didn't...again, last week was rather draining (in a good way) and I felt I'd probably need the break. But with last Sunday being my 'break day' where I tried an experiment in terms of my sleep schedule (it failed spectacularly, but I tried XD) so didn't end up writing, and next week being an event on Saturday with my mother so I might end up doing some small things/just trying to get started on the 'halloween' stuff, I felt I 'needed' to get this all out now while I could and 'catch up' yet again with my image intake ; v ; . AND, honestly I'm really happy I did XD.

This was quite fun! One can probably understand the 'inspiration' for this, but this is a Solo Leveling inspired image done by the ever fantastic  zeveth . There's two more to come (an alt to this, or what is technically the 'main image' to this and this is the alt, but you get the idea XD) shortly, but yeah! Say what you will about how power fantasy and tropey the show is, the design is PEAK, and I will not hear otherwise. I really enjoyed the armor look for all the shadows in that show and how it took the form of the various characters but over-wrote their aesthetics for the 'shadows' look, and it's all just so cool to meeeee ; v; . Black armor with blue glowing undertones? fafheoahf YES PLEASE! So I couldn't help but get some characters rocking it, and Freya just fit the mold! ; v ; . Her fur designs really look awesome molded into the armor, so much so I asked for this alt that showed just her and didn't have the other individual 'blocking that beautiful thigh' of hers >//>; fehehe. It really just looks fantastic, from the glowing flame to the pulsing almost plasma like energy of the internal bits of the armor, it's just so friggen cool ; v; and her flowing hair is so pretty tooo aaaaa! I think I like the story direction I took it too (which I'll explain more when it's explained in the next image XD), but yeah, I just, aaaa ; v ; I love this so much, perfectly done as all Zeveth images arrrrre! I adore itttt! (and is nice getting some images with Freya within the gallery too! ; v; b fehehe).
