Seems there's a reason only 2 ironsides appeared in the episode...
START PREVIOUS NEXTUm. Doctor Who lore for those who have never seen it 🤓 in WWII there was a group of daleks called the "ironsides" who pretended they were robots built by a human scientist (who was actually just an android). There were only 2 seen in the episode but later one appeared in the background of the asylum which was just an oversight... but I like to think he was sent there because he started believing his own lies LMAO
