More fun with the Catillac Cats. This time Riff-Raff.

A dreamer, a schemer, and a romantic, the leader of the West Finster junkyard cats better known as the Catillac Cats is a short fellow but tough, if a bit lazy and over confident.

When pushed he is a scrapper and should generally look the part. Being a stray cat, a junkyard cat, and the leader of his own gang, he is not going to be tubby but tough, even if he spends most of his time lazing about.

There was never really anything wrong with his design. But I think having him look a good deal more heroic, befitting his own self image, works. If anything the mere addition of the hat, cane, and scarf just makes him this way. The kid's show style of the show didn't quite convey the idea and made him look a bit like a slightly clownish pimp wanna-be.
