Do they suffer any feet issues? I wonder if something like the old Roman-style high heels would help support them standing upright. Maybe weighted tail charms to force them back more? In my head im imagining something shaped like a bolas except its wrapped intentionally part way up the tail, where it helps move their center of mass away from their front. The weights can be decorated or shaped for fashion.

a lot of issues! Counterweights would be fun but I imagine in a world where straight 'plantigrade' is the default, concealing and hiding that you are not a plantigrade would be the norm :'D Maybe that could work in exquisite high fashion or clothing within certain groups (like punks, maybe lol)

For the feet, they definetely get alot of damage, considering that digigrades walk on their toes, a reason why megafauna/heavier animals aren't present in this world is because it would be inconceivable to imagine sugh a heavy animal walking on two :') it's a burden enough for fatter and even pregnant individuals
