how does someone have breasts with top surgery scars? is it not a complete removal surgery?

none taken! it's not my character but i believe it's because he is very chubby so it's not like female breasts but more like man chichis he gets from being chonky. though i believe i made them a bit more prominent here than they are in the ref sheet which is my bad but since my friend didn't point it out or seem upset by it it didn't even cross my mind "^^ i often draw him with some man chichis and like he never told me to change it or anything so if he doesn't find it wrong i don't either. I have never had top surgery or like seen anyone with top surgery irl so i go by what i see in art and like what my trans friends guide me with ^^ hope this answers your question :D
