Originally summoned by Demain to take revenge on Arcane and Pace, the vampire known only as Sovereign eventually broke free of his magical bonds. Clad in a magic cloak that allows him to be out in the sun, his sights are set on turning Evergreen City into his personal paradise, with the heroes and citizens as his mind controlled servants. Even the other villains need to be wary around him. If his hypnotism isn't enough on its own, then his super strength and centuries of experience will surely do the trick to subdue even the most stubborn heroes!
